The velcro on the towel is about midway, which allows for any width of belt, but only leaves about 3" of usable towel. I was able to re-sew the velcro and flaps to make it work, perhaps we just got a bad batch from the factory. The terry cloth itself is thin, pretty rough, and the cotton is tough to get the mud and grass stains out. Ok for practice, but grundgy for game day.

I'm a pitcher in slow pitch softball leagues. The ball is constantly coming back wet, muddy, dusty, whatever, which does affect grip and control. With this towel, I'm able to correct that situation using an actual sports related product, not a kitchen towel! Works great!
