Everything was Im a wide reciver running a 4.9 and after 3 months im running a 4.68. really created alot of acceleration!

The "tower" is too big of round for regular weights to slide onto it. I know of no weights that have a hole big enough to slide onto the tower. In short, it seems that this sled is not readily usable.
