I had a back injurery from football and i was in lots of pain cause it was sore and i was no longer to keep to my back flat and straight and so i got this pad to cover the sore spots of my back and it kept flat and straight where it was possible for me to return to football... great for linemen and all positions even more so if your a bigger person
