      This is a good product. the cup (unlike others) is not grotesquely huge. My son is 12. He has maybe one inch and two marbles (this is an endocrinological condition). He is supposed to mature at 18. the cup is good. not good enough for hockey but fine for football and lacrosse. It is soft of the edges and is good for direct straight-on hits. A side glance will produce a sharp pain because it is soft on the sides.
      Matty likes the briefs because with his previous peewee jock he was teased in the lockerroom. When he was 11 everyone teased for his traditional jockstrap and his uncut weenie. Now he doesn't have that problem. Well, ignorant people still tease him because he is whole and natural down there but he is protected by this cup system.
