Product isn't good. It doesn't stay tight around your thumb, and it doesn't fit too well inside the glove(dual core heart of the hide).

Buy the catchers thumb. It's way Better!

This product saved my son alot of misery and kept him in the game.At a baseball tournament he was pulled as catcher after a game and a half for a thumb injury.We purchased the Evo Shield and formed it before the next weekends tournament. He caught all five games that weekend (not recommended) without further injury. I would recommend this item for anyone with thumb issues. It saved my sons ability to play.

This offers very good protection, but doesnt fit into a glove very well. It is also more difficult to mold than other EvoShield products.

Make sure you understand directions completely before you open package. We even watched a few videos found on the computer before we opened. All in all not hard to form. My son does a lot of catching and since we purchased this he does not complain of his thumb hurting. He wears this with his Palmgard protective glove. Very happy with this product. Even thinking of getting the shin guard from evo-shield

Have not used it yet. I got it for my son he had gamekeepers thumb last year and was out of action for a while. Read about this and got one just in case this year. They are very hard to find.

Son plays for his 8th grade middle school team as well as travel ball. He was starting to develop a sore thumb joint due to the increase in pitcher velocity. This has helped tremendously!
