- HELMETS
- The best way to maximize your helmet investment is to recondition them on a regular basis. Reconditioning is a third of the cost of a new helmet and extends the life of your gear. Our reconditioning process features a six-step quality control, with each helmet thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, painted or buffed and polished. Helmets are re-certified to NOCASE standards before they're returned to their team.
- Helmet Cleaning and Sanitizing :
- The interior pads are taken out and the helmets and pads get a good scrubbing and antibacterial treatment.
- Helmet Refinishing :
- Painted helmets get stripped and repainted. Molded helmets get sanded and buffed. Both result in a spectacular new looking helmet.
- Helmet Re-Certification :
- Before your helmets are returned, they?re subjected to the same rigorous NOCSAE testing and certification that new helmets undergo.

- As the season wears on, even the most expertly maintained gear gets a little beat up. Reconditioning your shoulder pads with Football America will get those battle-worn shoulder pads re-energized. We give the pads a thorough cleaning and sanitizing, replace all the hardware and replace all the straps with high quality elastic straps. And get it all done by your deadline!
